Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Current availability

The platform currently provides Free access to its published features. Premium is a preview with a disabled Coming Soon action. There is no checkout, payment collection, automatic renewal or active paid trial in this implementation.

2. Prices and currencies

An optional display configuration can show an illustrative Premium amount, currency and interval. It is labelled as a sample and is not a chargeable quote. Approved commercial prices, taxes and billing intervals must be stated before a future purchase.

3. Before paid activation

The operator must identify the billing provider, merchant/operator, payable total, billing frequency, renewal conditions, trial conversion if any and the action that creates a charge. Consent to a payment must not be inferred from browsing Pricing or starting a free lesson.

4. Renewals and failed payments

If recurring billing is introduced, the subscription terms must explain renewal timing, payment failures, notices, retry handling and any effect on paid access. These mechanisms are not active today; no automatic charge is authorized by this page.

5. Plan changes and cancellation

Upgrade, downgrade and cancellation controls must be implemented and explained before subscriptions launch. The future terms must specify any proration, timing and access after cancellation without implying that a disabled preview button already manages a subscription.

6. Billing records and price changes

A future paid service may need transaction references and records required for accounting, disputes or applicable law. Retention must be documented. Material price or term changes require appropriate notice and any applicable user choice. Refund questions are covered separately.
