1. About these terms
These terms cover use of KeyTute, operated by keytute in India. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Contact us through the Contact Us form with questions about the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Use the service only where you are permitted to do so under the rules applicable to you. The platform does not currently verify age or parental authorization. Registration requires agreement to the Terms of Use and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy. The platform records the acceptance time and policy version. Any additional age-related or parental consent required for a deployment must be addressed before launch.
Keep account details accurate where provided, protect your credentials and avoid sharing an account in a way that exposes another person’s records. Report suspected unauthorized access using the configured contact. Do not send a password.
3. Learning, practice and results
Learn, Practice and Typing Tests are educational tools. Availability depends on published content, lesson-unlocking rules and the current product configuration. Results describe the selected activity and its conditions, not a universal certification of ability.
Progress combines the saved records available to the account. Some practice history remains only in the browser. Do not treat a missing account statistic as proof that no practice occurred.
4. Exam simulations
The Exams section provides 20 common English typing sets and a Custom Typing option using a shared practice rule set. It is not an official examination, recruitment service or certification issued by an examination authority.
Check the current rules of your actual examination separately. Practice scores, timer settings and results do not guarantee eligibility, selection or an official score.
5. Permitted use and restrictions
Use the site for lawful personal learning and reference purposes. Follow activity instructions and do not interfere with others’ access or the integrity of the service. The Acceptable Use Policy gives concrete examples.
Restrictions on copying, access controls or software analysis apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here is intended to remove a non-waivable legal exception, interoperability right or permitted security-research activity.
6. Your content
You remain responsible for custom text, profile information and messages you submit. You retain your rights in that material; submitting it does not transfer ownership to keytute. The service needs permission to process it for the function you request, such as rendering a custom typing exercise.
Provide only content you may lawfully use. Do not submit infringing material or confidential information where ordinary study text would suffice. The Privacy Policy explains transmission and storage limitations.
7. Site content and intellectual property
Rights in original site materials, software, articles and predefined exercises belong to their respective owners or licensors. Personal learning and permitted printing are allowed as described on the relevant resource. Redistribution, resale or wholesale copying needs permission unless an applicable exception allows it.
8. Free and future paid services
Current typing tools, personal goals and personalized English practice are available free. Premium is planned and cannot currently be purchased. Goals and personalized practice may move into Premium when it launches; the applicable features and prices will be explained before any purchase.
We do not collect card details or charge subscriptions through the current website. Do not submit payment credentials through the contact form.
9. Third-party services and availability
External references are provided for context. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by the external operator. Review the destination before supplying information.
The site may experience maintenance, interruptions or changes. The operator should describe material changes accurately and address affected users where required. No uninterrupted availability or fixed feature lifetime is promised by this draft.
10. Account restriction and termination
The operator may need to restrict access to address abuse, security issues or an applicable obligation. Any restriction should be proportionate to the circumstances and respect mandatory rights. Use the contact route to raise an apparent mistake. Account-data requests are addressed separately on Data Deletion.
11. Responsibility and limits
Educational content and practice estimates can contain errors or differ from your circumstances. Use reasonable judgment and consult the official source for an actual examination requirement. The Disclaimer explains these limits.
No exclusion is intended to limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any production limitation-of-liability or indemnity provision must be reviewed for the operator and applicable jurisdictions; this draft does not impose an invented monetary cap or blanket indemnity.
12. Governing law and resolving concerns
The intended governing jurisdiction is shown in Legal Contact and remains unconfigured until the operator decides it. No exclusive forum, arbitration clause or waiver is invented here. Mandatory protections applicable to a user are not displaced merely by a configured label.
Contact the operator with the issue, relevant page and a concise description. A formal dispute process must be specified and reviewed before relying on it as a condition of service.
13. Changes and contact
Keep the current terms and version accessible. Material changes should be communicated appropriately; any future sign-up or checkout agreement must link the relevant version. These pages do not pretend that existing users have already accepted a newly published document.
14. Contact and support messages
The service is operated as keytute from India. Contact Us is the primary published support channel. Submitting a message permits us to process it to handle your request as described in the Privacy Policy; it is not agreement to marketing messages.
A contact reference confirms storage only. Responses and identity verification depend on the request. Do not use the form for emergencies or send sensitive credentials. Country information does not assert an exclusive court, governing-law choice or waiver of mandatory consumer or privacy protections.
15. Account sign-up and login
Accounts use the email and password entered on this website. Credentials are checked against our application database; no external identity or email-login provider is used. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes, not readable plaintext passwords.
Registration activates the account immediately without an email link, OTP or mailbox-ownership verification. A supplied email is an unverified account identifier and is not proof that the person registering owns that mailbox.
There is no Forgot Password option, self-service password reset or password-recovery email. Keep your login details safe. The Contact Us form remains available for support and privacy requests, but submitting a message does not automatically reset a password or establish account ownership.
