Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Current free offering

There are currently no KeyTute subscription charges to cancel or refund. This page does not invent a refund period, money-back promise or cancellation guarantee for a service that has not launched.

2. Future cancellation process

Before paid activation, the operator must provide a genuine way to cancel and explain when cancellation takes effect, whether access continues to a period end and how any trial behaves. No fake cancellation button is provided here.

3. Refund eligibility

A future policy must state the relevant product, eligibility conditions, request method and any approved time window. Applicable mandatory rights take priority over a discretionary commercial policy. A business-specific refund window remains a configuration/review item, not an invented number.

4. Duplicate charges and errors

If you believe a service claiming to be KeyTute has charged you unexpectedly, do not send full card details. Use the configured contact and provide a date, amount, currency and non-sensitive transaction reference. The operator must investigate actual billing records once a billing service exists.

5. Contact and records

Use the Contact Us form and choose General support for billing questions. No checkout or paid subscription is currently available. Include only non-sensitive references; never send payment credentials.
