1. Educational use and eligibility
Learners may approach typing at different ages, but account eligibility and parental-consent requirements depend on the applicable rules and the operator’s reviewed product policy. No universal minimum age has been finalized by default.
2. Current limitations
The current account flow does not verify age, establish parental relationships or obtain verified parental consent. The operator must determine an appropriate audience and review required safeguards before offering account collection to children where such safeguards are required. This page does not claim COPPA, GDPR or other certification.
3. Data and supervision
Typing history can include account identifiers, performance records and, for exams, typed responses and edit history. Avoid providing school records, sensitive details or another child’s information as practice text. A parent or guardian should consider the account and browser-storage information in the Privacy Policy.
4. Parent or guardian requests
Use the configured privacy contact to raise a concern or request appropriate access, correction or removal. The operator may need proportionate verification of identity and authority. Do not send a child’s password or unnecessary identity documents in the initial request.
5. Before changes launch
Age thresholds, consent methods, child-focused features and advertising practices must be reviewed for the intended audience and locations. They must not be activated merely by changing wording in this notice.
