1. Current request method
Self-service account deletion and automated export are not implemented. Use the Contact Us form and choose Privacy / account data to request assistance. Submitting a request does not automatically delete an account; the administrator must verify ownership and review the request.
2. What to include
State whether you want access, correction, an export, selected typing-history removal or account deletion. Identify the account using an ordinary account reference or the email associated with it, and describe the scope. Do not send your password, full payment credentials or an identity document in the first message.
3. Verification and scope
The operator may need proportionate verification before disclosing or removing records. Account deletion can involve Learn progress, Daily Practice, tests, exam attempts and related account information. Guest-session records and browser data may need a separate reference because they are not always linked to an account.
4. Browser-only information
Cookie Preferences can stop optional performance-history storage and trigger removal of matching local history on ordinary site pages. Browser site-data controls can remove local and session storage. Those actions do not remove server account records; a server deletion does not automatically clear every device’s browser data.
5. Retention exceptions and timing
A reviewed process must explain how backups, security records, open disputes and any legally required transaction records are handled. Premium billing is not active today. Exceptions must be limited and justified; no specific completion period or retention window is invented here.
6. Response and regional rights
Rights, verification and response obligations can depend on location and the type of request. The operator must provide a usable contact and review applicable deadlines before production. See the Privacy Policy for the broader processing context.
7. Requesting deletion through Contact Us
Use the contact form and choose Privacy / account data. Describe whether you want account deletion, selected practice history removed, or a previous contact message deleted. Include the message reference or an ordinary account identifier where available.
Submitting the form does not automatically delete an account or bypass ownership checks. The administrator must review the request and verify identity proportionately before taking action. Inbox deletion removes the message and notes from the application database; existing backup copies follow the separate backup retention process.
