1. Where to send a complaint
Use the configured Copyright Contact shown below. No registered DMCA agent or postal address is asserted unless the operator actually supplies and verifies one. If the contact is a development placeholder, it is not a working notice-delivery channel.
2. Information to include
Describe the work and the specific material you believe infringes it. A useful complaint should allow the operator to locate the content and understand your authority.
- Identify the copyrighted work, or a representative list where appropriate.
- Give the precise KeyTute URL and enough detail to locate the allegedly infringing material.
- Provide usable contact details, including an email address.
- State your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or applicable law.
- State that the information is accurate and, where a statutory notice requires it, that you are authorized to act for the owner under penalty of perjury.
- Provide a physical or electronic signature where the applicable process requires one.
3. Review and response
The operator should assess the allegation, identify the affected material and follow any applicable notice process. A complaint does not automatically establish infringement. Any sharing of a notice for investigation should take account of personal information and applicable requirements.
4. US DMCA-specific limits
US statutory processes can require a properly designated agent and specific notice or counter-notice elements. This page does not claim safe-harbor eligibility, agent registration or a completed counter-notice system. The operator must obtain appropriate review before relying on such a process.
5. Corrections and disputes
If you believe material was identified incorrectly, explain the issue and any relevant permission or exception using the configured contact. Do not submit a false complaint or a statement of authority you cannot support. Deadlines and restoration procedures depend on the applicable law and verified process, not an invented promise here.

- Hosting / service providers
- The website and PostgreSQL database are hosted by Amazon Web Services in the Asia Pacific (Sydney), Australia region. Private support messages and account/progress information are stored on this server. Support and privacy requests use the Contact Us form.
- Retention criteria
- Account and practice records remain in the database until the operator deletes them in response to a verified request or an operational need. Contact messages and private notes remain until an administrator deletes them; marking a message resolved does not delete it. No automatic account or message purge is currently configured. Container logs are rotated by size with at most three 10 MB files per service; this is not a fixed time-based retention promise. Automated backups and snapshots are not enabled for this launch.
- International processing
- Server processing takes place in Australia, outside the India-based operator country and possibly outside the visitor country. Pages may request Google Fonts. Google Analytics is optional and consent-gated; its provider may process data internationally under its own terms. Advertising is currently disabled. Review provider processing and applicable safeguards before enabling additional services.
