Words, Sentences or Passages?

Match the content format to the movement or reading skill you want to develop.

Words for transitions

Word practice helps with familiar letter sequences and word boundaries. Read the complete word when possible and include the required spacing or submission behaviour.

Sentences for context

Sentences combine words with capitals and punctuation. They are useful when an isolated movement works but becomes uncertain inside normal text.

Passages for continuity

Passages ask you to keep your place through a longer source. Use a manageable pace and notice how sentence boundaries affect your rhythm.

Combine formats deliberately

A focused word session can be followed by sentences containing similar patterns. A later passage checks whether the improvement carries into longer text.
