Accuracy Before Speed
Give a reliable movement time to become familiar before making it faster.
Know what you are repeating
Every attempt repeats a movement pattern, including rushed guesses. Begin at a pace where you can notice the required key and make a deliberate reach. The purpose is a dependable sequence, not a perfect score at any cost.
Change one variable
If you increase your pace, keep the text difficulty and duration familiar. If accuracy falls sharply, reduce the pace and check the pattern before trying to accelerate again.
Use feedback constructively
A mistake shows where attention is needed. Review whether it came from the wrong finger, a missed space, a repeated letter or a lost reading position. Each cause suggests a different adjustment.
Let the result settle
Judge a change across several comparable sessions. A single fast result or a single difficult passage is not a complete picture of your ability. Look for a pace you can repeat with control.
Put the guide into practice
Choose one focus for your next session.
