Correct Sitting Posture

Arrange your workspace so you can read and reach the keyboard comfortably.

Settle before you start

Choose a seat position that lets you reach the keyboard without stretching forward. Keep the screen readable and the text large enough that you do not need to lean in to follow the passage.

Make room for your hands

Keep enough desk space for a relaxed typing position. Avoid pressing your wrists against a sharp edge or holding your shoulders raised while reaching the keys. Adjust the setup to your own comfort.

Stay adaptable

There is no need to hold a rigid pose for an entire session. Pause between practice attempts, change position when needed, and stop if typing becomes uncomfortable. Speed practice should not require extra physical tension.

Check the setup again

If you change chairs, devices or keyboards, take a moment to adjust before comparing scores. A familiar arrangement makes it easier to focus on the movement you are learning rather than on reaching the equipment.

Put the guide into practice
