How Often Should You Practice?

Choose a routine that is easy to repeat and leaves you attentive.

Begin with a manageable session

Choose a short practice duration you can complete without rushing the rest of your day. Regular attention matters more than making every session long. Increase the duration only when you can maintain a comfortable focus.

Give sessions a purpose

A brief accuracy session, a lesson and a later test serve different purposes. Decide which one you need before starting. Repeating an activity without a goal can make it hard to recognise improvement.

Allow a fresh start

If you miss a day, resume with an achievable session. A streak is a useful record of activity, not a reason to abandon the routine after an interruption.

Review the pattern

Use saved Progress data to see when you are practising and whether results are becoming steadier. Browser-only practice may not appear in account totals, so keep a simple personal note when needed.
